The 5th floor will feature two satellite sessions (smaller stages) with themed sessions by sponsoring companies and Saison Technology. A Saison Technology exhibition area will also be set up, with multiple booths showcasing different products and solutions.
The 7th floor will be the main stage, where the main program, including keynotes and user sessions, will be held. In addition, exhibition booths from sponsoring companies will be set up there.
The satellite sessions on the 5th floor will be held on two stages. When entering, please follow the instructions of the staff at the entrance of each stage and present/scan the same QR code you used at registration to enter.
Also, if you are attending consecutive sessions on the same stage, please leave the venue after each session and scan the QR code again upon re-entering the next session.
The 5th-floor VIP lounge is an invitation-only area. Please note that entry is not permitted for anyone other than invited guests (general attendees).
Invited guests should speak to a staff member near the reception area. After verifying your identity, you will be escorted to the lounge.
The 5th-floor community lounge is exclusively for members of the Saison Technology product user community, "DMS Cube." Please note that entry is restricted to members only (general attendees). Upon entry, please show the DMS Cube login screen to the staff at the lounge entrance.
Those who complete the satisfaction survey on the DataSpider 25th Anniversary special website by 10:00 AM on August 6th (Thursday) will receive a special 25th-anniversary novelty item on a first-come, first-served basis. The novelty item will be distributed at the 5th-floor community lounge on the actual event day (October 21st).

If you register for a ticket that includes both in-person attendance and online viewing, you will be able to watch all sessions over the three days, which will be held in person on October 21st (Wed) and send online on October 27th (Tue) and October 28th (Wed). If you have not received the "Registration Confirmation" email at your registered email address, please take the following steps to ensure you receive the email, depending on the reason for the delivery failure.
① The email address is invalid or contains typos or grammatical errors.
There may be an error in the email address you entered during registration. Please register for the event again.
② It has been filtered into the spam folder.
If the email was filtered into your spam folder, please disable the filtering setting.
③ The email server is rejecting the email due to email security software or similar means.
If you have blocked emails from [@days.saison-technology.com], please adjust your settings to allow emails from this domain. After doing so, please register for the event again.
④ Not received due to internal network security restrictions
Please contact the department in charge of your company's IT systems. After configuring your settings to receive emails, please either re-register for the event or ask the organizers to resend the invitation email.
⑤ Registered with an RFC-violating address
Email addresses that violate RFC standards cannot receive emails from [@days.saison-technology.com]. Please use a different email address and register for the event again.
You can change it from your event page. You can access the event page by clicking the "Login" button in the email you received in the "Registration Confirmation" email. To change your email address, please contact the event secretariat.

The online send will be conducted through an online send platform. You can watch the video on the event page you registered for on the day of the online event. We recommend bookmarking the event page after completing your registration.

If your network connection is weak, you may not be able to watch the video. Please check your network status.

Your network environment (such as your company network) may be blocking access to the video streaming service. Please try accessing the event page again from your smartphone's internet connection or your personal home internet connection.

Please check that the audio on your device and the audio display on the send video screen are not muted, and that your speakers or headphones are not malfunctioning.
Those who complete the survey will receive information on how to download the presentation materials at a later date. However, please note that some presentation materials may not be available.
