[ITR Publications] White Paper on Data Management Necessary for Promoting DX

With the recent evolution of digital technology, various systems and cloud services have emerged as mechanisms to support the complex business processes that exist within companies. To promote DX (Digital Transformation), companies use the systems that are best suited to each department and each business process, but if these systems are not linked effectively, data will be scattered and it may become more difficult to visualize business activities necessary for management decisions, which could result in a counterproductive outcome.

This white paper introduces the current state of DX in Japanese companies, its challenges, and the elements necessary to achieve data management in companies.
