Engineers who make connections a reality

We provide an environment where engineers can grow and thrive.

Saison Technology is promoting a project to develop top engineers. We are developing a strategy to become the best engineers in specific fields such as AWS, Azure, Container, DevOps, Python, AI, machine learning, and data science, and are systematically working to acquire new technologies and improve service quality.

CTO Message

Our mission is Connect the world’s data and make it useful for everyone..
Since our founding in 1970, we have built trust and a proven track record by handling data in systems for the financial and distribution industries.
HULFT, one of the world's leading file sharing tools, has been connecting data for over 30 years since its inception.

But we can't just rely on tradition: with the spread of generative AI and data science, the importance of data is increasing every day.
We are working on this progress and continue to challenge ourselves to achieve further growth.

Saison Technology Co., Ltd.
CTO Ryota Kosaka

The company has expanded its iPaaS cloud-based data integration platform "HULFT Square" globally, is actively engaged in investment and research in North America, and exhibits at major international events, and continues to produce top engineers in the fields of generative AI and cloud.
Personally, I have taken on the challenge of utilizing the data management knowledge base to advance data-driven decision-making.

We will continue to combine tradition and innovation to create new value that lies beyond data utilization, in order to realize a society in which everyone can utilize data.
Let's connect the future together with data.

We want to continue growing and contribute to our customers' data utilization

Data Engineer
Kawaguchi Ehime

Utilizing data is an essential element for expanding your business.
As a data engineer, I am involved in building a data analysis platform, and my goal is to build a platform that allows everyone, regardless of department or skill, to utilize data and make decisions.
With a strong desire to be recognized for my technical skills, I am also working hard to improve myself. In my second year after graduating, I was able to seize the opportunity to participate in an overseas conference. Through this experience, I became conscious of "mastering a balanced mix of fundamental technology and the latest technologies, such as generative AI," and increased the amount of time I spent in contact with technology. I also focus on activities that have an impact on the outside world, such as sharing my technology and speaking at events in the engineering community.
Thanks to my mentors and colleagues who encourage me to improve, I feel like I'm growing every day. I want to continue growing and become an engineer who can contribute to the expansion of our customers' businesses.

Engineers who excel in their specialties and are active both inside and outside the company

AWS Ambassadors
Cloud Specialist Hayato Kosugi

My main job is to provide cross-departmental AWS-related technical support and develop engineers. As a result, some of our members have been selected for AWS award programs such as Japan AWS Top Engineers and Japan AWS Jr. Champions. I myself have spent several years deepening my expertise and have won various AWS certification programs for six consecutive years. In particular, the AWS Ambassadors program selects around 300 people from around the world who are recognized by AWS as having technical skills and cloud expertise, and I consider it a great honor to have been selected beyond the bounds of Japan.

2024 Japan AWS Top Engineers (Machine Learning)
Cloud Engineer Naoki Ishihara

After joining the company as a new graduate, I wanted to make an impact early on, and I thought that the quickest way to do so would be to be recognized both inside and outside the company, so I participated in the AWS Awards Program. As a result of my efforts, including speaking at study sessions outside of work hours with the generous support of everyone at the company, I was selected as a Japan AWS Jr. Champion in 2023, and as an AWS Community Builder (Machine Learning & Generative AI) and Japan AWS Top Engineer (Machine Learning) in 2024.
As a result of my internal recognition and recommendation, I am currently leading a generative AI application development project, which I feel is a very important experience for my career.

Google Cloud Partner Top Engineer 2024
Cloud Engineer Yuka Sawaki

My superior encouraged me to become the most knowledgeable person in my department in a specific field, and while I was working hard to obtain certifications on my own, I was approached about participating in the "Google Cloud Top Engineer Development Project," which was a turning point for me. Continuous output, such as posting on Qiita, giving lightning talks, and hosting internal study sessions, as well as participating in internal projects and receiving appropriate reviews from mentors with extensive cloud experience, allowed me to grow significantly and at a speed far greater than I could have achieved by self-study. Going forward, I will continue to work on creating synergy with our company's products as a product development engineer, while also deepening my understanding of areas that Google Cloud is focusing on, such as generative AI, with the aim of becoming an engineer who can create great things on Google Cloud.

Microsoft MVP
Cloud Specialist Shingo Kawahara

Utilizing his knowledge as a Microsoft MVP for Azure, he provides consultation and support for technical issues that cross departments, and regularly conducts in-house training to disseminate knowledge and improve cloud technology across the company.
Aiming to grow as an engineer, I actively participate in various communities, keep up with the latest trends, and deepen my knowledge by sharing the insights I gain through blogs and other means.
I have been helped by many engineers, many of whom I have never met. To repay this debt, I would like to contribute to the development of IT. To achieve this, I would like to continue to hone my skills while learning from outstanding professionals in the industry.

Expand your defensive range with reskilling

Re-Skilling
Product Planning Engineer Kentaro Morota

Since joining the company, I have been dedicated to the credit card business, gaining experience in maintenance development and systems development for large-scale projects, before working as a team leader on an RPA development project. Then, when I turned 40, the company's reskilling initiative led to me being transferred to the product planning department, an unfamiliar field. Currently, I am in a position to promote the expansion of HULFT Square 's SaaS connectivity, and am responsible for everything from SaaS selection to development, testing, and operation and maintenance.
Before the transfer, I was honestly worried about whether I could do the job, as I knew nothing about SaaS, let alone API technology. However, after taking on the challenge, I felt that rather than building something new from scratch, I was able to build on my previous experience and add something extra to it, and I really felt that my past work experience was put to good use.
