(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as Saison Information Systems) have integrated DATAFLUCT's "AirLake" with Saison Information Systems' Japanese iPaaS (cloud-based data integration platform) "HULFT Square" from September 6, 2023, to provide a solution that automates the collection, organization, and analysis of "data from all environments, including on-premise" and "unstructured data," thereby reducing manual back-office work such as information search and reporting.
We are also looking for PoCs from companies that want to start improving their business processes by utilizing data both inside and outside the company.

By linking "AirLake" and "HULFT Square," the time and effort required to utilize data, which many companies are not fully utilizing, can be reduced, allowing companies to quickly obtain the data utilization output necessary to make decisions such as "I want to share internal information on a dashboard," thereby shortening the cycle to decision-making.

Service Features

(1) You can safely utilize the latest AI analysis while remaining on-premises

By linking "AirLake" and "HULFT Square," we developed this service that can automate data collection, organization, and analysis even in on-premises environments. Even companies that find it difficult to migrate to the cloud can safely and quickly incorporate the latest AI into their business.

(2) "Unstructured data" can be converted into "structured data" and utilized.

By utilizing unstructured data, it is possible to gain new insights and solve problems, such as detecting anomalies based on images, analyzing internal documents, and extracting business hints from voice data of inquiries. "AirLake" is linked to the "AI OCR Character Recognition Service" and "RECAIUS Knowledge Platform" provided by Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation, and provides a one-stop service for reading document data, including handwritten free text, and organizing, sharing, and utilizing it.

(3) Data can be used quickly and easily

AirLake has the ability to rapidly accumulate unstructured data and make it analyzable in real time, making it possible to instantly utilize internal data in any format.

Usage examples

(1) Labor-saving and automation of data collection and analysis in customer support

Complaint information and survey responses that accumulate daily at each branch are collected using HULFT Square. The information is then structured using AirLake API, and customer feedback is analyzed, including statistical analysis and complaint classification. Finally, the data is automatically linked to a BI tool via HULFT Square, reducing the amount of manual analysis work required.

(2) Automating data collection and list creation in the development department

Email newsletters, legal regulations, public information, and other information that require manual collection and visual checking are collected using HULFT Square. The content is structured using AirLake API, and keywords and named entities necessary for the company's development are extracted. The extracted results can be linked to project management tools via HULFT Square, and can be queried through interfaces such as ChatGPT, shortening the manual data collection and checking work.

(3) Automatic recording of sales negotiations

Sales negotiation audio files and proposals that are accumulated daily by sales representatives on a personal basis are collected using "HULFT Square." The content is structured using "AirLake API," and information such as the details of the negotiation, proposed amounts, and next actions is extracted. Linking to Salesforce via "HULFT Square" reduces the amount of manual input work required.

(4) Labor savings in legal checks by the legal department

Contracts and advertising documents stored separately by department in on-premise or Box storage are collected using HULFT Square. Contract analysis (including extraction of search requirements following amendments to the Electronic Bookkeeping Act) and checks based on the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations and the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act are carried out via AirLake API. The check results can be returned to on-premise or Box via HULFT Square, or linked to other document management services, reducing the amount of manual legal check work required.
