SAISON INFORMATION SYSTEMS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as Saison Information Systems) announced that its Japanese iPaaS (cloud-based data integration platform), HULFT Square, received the SOC2 (Service Organization Control 2) Type 1 Assurance Report, an international security certification for internal controls, on Friday, September 29, 2023.
The SOC2 Type 1 assurance report we recently received is a third-party evaluation by an external auditor of the design of internal controls related to "security," one of the Trust Service Standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Receiving this SOC2 Type 1 assurance report confirms that the security requirements of HULFT Square 's systems meet international standards. We will continue to strengthen our internal control system, striving to provide services that our customers can use safely and securely.

About the SOC Report
It is an abbreviation for "System and Organization Controls" and is issued in accordance with the standards set by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants). The report contains information that serves as proof that your company has confirmed that there are no compliance violations in the work that it has outsourced to other companies. It is used in the accounting world and was created by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
