SAISON INFORMATION SYSTEMS CO., LTD. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as Saison Information Systems) began offering the second wave of application templates to support the in-house automation of electronic contract systems, along with HULFT Square, a Japanese iPaaS (cloud-based data integration platform), on November 30th.
The second set of application templates for e-contracts is for GMO GlobalSign Holdings, Inc. and DocuSign eSignature provided by DocuSign Japan K.K. Following the release of the first set of templates on October 31, we have added application templates to link with the cloud services of the two e-contracting systems. Following the first release on October 31, we have added an application template for linking HULFT Square with the cloud services of the two electronic contracting systems. This will make system integration easier and further promote in-house support for customers' business automation by supporting more than 40%* of the electronic contracting system market, including "CloudSign®" already provided by Lawyer.com, Inc.
