Saison Technology Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter "Saison Technology" (formerly SAISON INFORMATION SYSTEMS CO., LTD.)) announced that both HULFT team and the DataSpider team at HULFT Technical Support Center have been awarded the highest three-star rating in the 2024 HDI Rating Benchmark* "Quality Rating (Center Assessment: Email)" hosted by HDI-Japan, the Japanese branch of HDI, the world's largest membership organization for the support services industry. This marks the third consecutive year for HULFT team and the first time for the DataSpider team. This recognition recognizes the three-star quality of the entire HULFT Technical Support Center's customer support desk. The company will continue to provide support to ensure safe and secure product use for the long term, striving to contribute to its customers' businesses.
Evaluation of HULFT Technical Support Center HULFT team:
- Receives customer inquiries and assists them in a courteous and cooperative manner.
- We are working together with our customers to address the issue, providing them with explanations that are considerate and understandable to them.
- Utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience, he provides specific supplementary information and proactive guidance to accurately guide clients to problem-solving.
Evaluation of HULFT Technical Support Center DataSpider team:
- All staff members deal with customers politely and honestly, and provide support to help resolve their issues.
- Because we respond based on the situation and awareness, this leads to smooth communication and the presentation of appropriate solutions.
- They have gained the trust of customers by offering considerate words to those who are experiencing inconvenience and working together with them to move things forward.
Support work generally requires quick and accurate responses to customer questions. In addition to this requirement, Saison Technology's HULFT Technical Support Center aims to contribute to customer business by providing support that allows customers to use products safely and securely over the long term.
Furthermore, in recent years, the environment in which customers use Saison Technology products has gradually shifted from IT departments to business departments, and inquiries are no longer necessarily coming from people with IT expertise. In light of this changing environment, in order to contribute to the success of our customers' businesses, each staff member not only understands the customer's problems and provides technical solutions, but also makes proposals tailored to the required service usage scenarios. We analyze and consider the results of customer surveys that evaluate these efforts, and continue to improve our service offerings.
The purpose of participating in the HDI rating benchmark, a third-party organization, is to more fairly judge the quality of support and to improve quality based on the evaluation indicators.
