Saison Technology Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as "Saison Technology") has endorsed the joint declaration of the "Tokyo Women's Future Forum" hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and has declared that it will advance efforts to promote women's participation in the workforce and diversity management.
The Tokyo Women's Future Forum is an initiative aimed at fostering a social movement that promotes change in workplace culture and raises managerial awareness toward women's empowerment and promotion. The Joint Declaration is a declaration of specific actions to be taken by a coalition of companies aiming to promote this movement. To promote the implementation of this declaration, Tokyo has also organized the "Tokyo Women's Leaders Support Network" together with the companies participating in the Joint Declaration, and is working to implement it.
Saison Technology's mission is to "Connect the world’s data and make it useful for everyone." and we are pursuing a variety of initiatives with "people" as our number one materiality in sustainability management. We are focusing on improving the employment and promotion situation for women as a priority, positioning it as the first step in building a foundation where not only women but all employees can progress through their careers fairly. In addition to supporting bias awareness and self-management through DE&I training and learning, we are also implementing multifaceted measures, such as fostering a culture that promotes women's active promotion and challenges. Going forward, we will further promote our efforts to create an environment where each individual can thrive and shine, while also leveraging our network of companies that support the Tokyo Women's Future Forum Joint Declaration.
