Saison Technology Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as "Saison Technology") has endorsed the "Laurier in the Workplace" project, promoted by Kao Corporation's (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshihiro Hasebe; hereinafter referred to as "Kao") sanitary product brand "Laurier," as part of its efforts to create a comfortable workplace environment for employees, and will begin stocking sanitary products in the workplace from February 2026.

"Laurier at Work" is a project that promotes providing sanitary napkins in workplace restrooms, just like toilet paper, as part of corporate employee benefits. It was started by Kao's sanitary product brand, Laurier, with the aim of increasing the number of workplaces where employees can work with peace of mind even if their period suddenly comes.

Saison Technology has set "people" as one of the material issues (important issues) of sustainability management, and has continued to implement health measures such as supporting sleep improvement, installing hyperbaric oxygen rooms in the office, and providing an AI meal management app, in order to create an environment where employees can work in a healthy and authentic way. (*) Regarding women's employment, the company has also established a manager and task team in charge of promoting women's participation in the workforce, and is working to foster a culture that supports women's participation. The introduction of "Laurier in the Workplace" was also made possible following a suggestion from a female employee as part of efforts to create a more women-friendly work environment.
