(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter "Saison Technology") announces that , General Manager of Corporate Planning Department, Business Administration Division, will participate in a panel discussion at the Nikkei SDGs Fest Shibuya Nikkei Women Empowerment Project "Gender Gap Conference" organized by Nikkei Inc. and Nikkei BP on Wednesday, March 4, 2012. We are pleased to announce that Atsuko Ogata, General Manager of Corporate Planning Department, will be a panelist.
The Gender Gap Conference is an event that presents solutions to closing the gender gap through initiatives by leading companies, expert recommendations, panel discussions, and more.
Saison Technology's mission is to "Connect the world’s data and make it useful for everyone." and they have set "people" as a materiality (important issue) for sustainability management, working to create a workplace where everyone can thrive. In particular, they are focusing on improving the employment and promotion situation for women as a priority issue, positioning it as the first step in building a foundation where not only women but all employees can follow an equal career path. In the panel discussion, they will introduce their efforts under the theme "Aspirations for promotion, single-person housework...where does the difference in attitude between men and women come from? Issues and challenges."

[Brief biography]
In 1999, she joined SAISON INFORMATION SYSTEMS CO., LTD. (now Saison Technology Co., Ltd.), where she worked in sales and business management for distribution systems and financial systems (credit systems), before transferring to the Audit Department in 2020. Engaged in auditing roles, she had the opportunity to oversee the entire company. In April 2022, she was transferred to the Corporate Planning Department. In January 2025, she became responsible for promoting women's participation in the workforce, with the aim of achieving an equal ratio of female managers to female employees, a position she continues to hold to this day.
