SAISON INFORMATION SYSTEMS CO., LTD. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as "Saison Information Systems") will change its corporate name to Saison Technology Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2024, and will change its corporate logo and the names of its overseas subsidiaries as follows.
1. New corporate logo
The new corporate logo features a musical symbol "tie," which means connecting sounds, arranged to resemble a smiling face, expressing the determination behind the company name change to bring smiles to society by realizing its mission of "Connect the world’s data and make it useful for everyone." through technology. The color of the tie has been named "Smile Red."
2. New trade names for overseas subsidiaries
The changes will be as shown in the table below. The corporate logo will be the same as that of the head office.
