We have published an implementation case study from House of Rose Co., Ltd., which handles everything from planning and development to sales of natural skincare and makeup cosmetics.
In order to centrally manage customer information managed at each store, a new system was built around Salesforce (CRM), with Heroku (DWH) and Tableau (BI) as the core systems, and HULFT Square was adopted to data integration between these and existing mission-critical system, core system and Web-POS.
By efficiently linking data using "HULFT Square," it has become possible to share customer and sales information between stores, thereby reducing the workload of compiling and creating reports.
