Kobe City introduces "DataSpider Servista" to realize in-house data integration

Saison Technology Co., Ltd. has published an implementation case study detailing the background and reasons for selecting "DataSpider Servista" as data integration platform in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as Kobe City).

Kobe City, the central city of Hyogo Prefecture with a population of approximately 1.5 million, is currently promoting digital transformation as part of its position as Kobe Smart City. As part of this, the city is working to streamline administrative procedures using the electronic application platform "e-KOBE."

However, applications were accepted not only online but also through various means, including over the counter and by mail, which made back-office work complicated, and creating an environment to reduce the workload was a major challenge.
