Saga Bank introduces "HULFT Square" to fully automate email sending operations for its banking app

Saison Technology Co., Ltd. has published a case study detailing how Saga Bank Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Saga Bank") adopted HULFT Square to improve business operations through data integration, as well as the reasons for selecting the service.

In order to automate the sending of emails to customers in conjunction with the addition of new functions to its banking app, Saga Bank used HULFT Square to create a system that seamlessly data integration between its accounting system, its own system, and the system for sending emails to customers.

Saga Bank is a community-based bank with 103 branches, primarily in Saga Prefecture, but also in Fukuoka, Nagasaki, and Tokyo. In December 2023, the bank revamped its existing banking app and launched the new "Sagin App."

The app provides a function for changing customer addresses and other information, but the completion notification emails were sent manually, resulting in delays in notifications and a heavy workload for staff.The company therefore aimed to automate email notifications to customers by data integration from accounting systems and other systems.
