At Saison Technology, we are committed to enhancing our compliance system, with the principle that all officers and employees of our group must have good sense and responsibility as members of society and faithfully comply with laws and regulations.

Basic Policy on Compliance

We will not be involved in any activities that are problematic in light of laws and regulations.
We will not provide funds to antisocial forces or engage in any other activities that involve relationships with antisocial forces, including transactions with such forces.
We will frankly admit any errors or violations and promptly implement corrective measures and preventive measures.
We will allocate sufficient personnel and budget to make compliance activities a top management priority.
