Dividend Policy
Guided by our mission of "Connect the world’s data and make it useful for everyone.," we aim to become a highly profitable company by providing high-quality services with a high level of productivity, and in our medium-term management goals, we have set the goal of achieving and maintaining an ROE of 20% in order to maximize our corporate value. Furthermore, in order to manage our business with an awareness of balance sheet management based on an optimal capital structure, we have set the equity ratio and TSR (total shareholder return) as management indicators, and have established the following dividend policy.
- Aim for a DOE (dividend on equity) of 10%
- Maintain an equity ratio of 50% to 75% and aim for an optimal capital structure
- Interim dividend to be approximately half of the full-year forecast
