Developed by a joint Japanese-American team

HULFT Square, a Japanese-made data integration platform (iPaaS), is being developed jointly by Japanese and American engineers. We capture the needs and technology trends of the Japanese and global markets and incorporate them into our services. We are challenging the global market with products and services originating from Japan.

Collecting and disseminating global technology trends

We participate in global conferences such as AWS re:Invent, Snowflake Data Cloud Summit, and Dreamforce, learning about the latest technology trends and sharing them both inside and outside the company.

AI-driven quality initiatives

As part of our efforts to utilize generative AI in our business, we are using AI to automatically verify the evidence of the verification results of system typing tests.
AI interprets and analyzes screen captures from Excel files containing the given verification conditions, expected values, and test results.
Ultimately, we quickly inspect the test results and evidence quality of over 50,000 acceptance targets.
Since AI evaluations are not completely guaranteed, they are used as an inspection support function.

The challenge of creating next-generation leaders

Next-generation leaders, primarily in their 30s, are selected from each department to formulate the business plan for the following year. Skills are enhanced through Education programs and sessions with external consultants necessary for this formulation. Members with in-depth knowledge of the field create strategies and tactics based on company challenges. These are then reviewed and aligned with management to ensure they are reflected in the actual business plan. Furthermore, these next-generation leaders are actively promoted to leadership positions.
