Procedures for transferring usage
Customers who purchased the product by March 31, 2020, will be considered for in-house use unless they have signed a special agreement in advance. If you are using the product for group company use or service use, you will need to carry out the following transition procedure for usage type.
Please note that HDC-EDI and some other products are only applicable for in-house use.
How to apply
Customers who purchased products by March 31, 2020 and are currently using the product for group company or service use as of March 31, 2020, can continue to use the product in the post-transition usage format (group company or service use) only if they fill out the required information on the application form provided by Saison Technology, submit the application to Saison Technology within the application period, and receive approval from Saison Technology.
If Saison Technology approves, we will send you a memorandum regarding the change in purpose of use, which you will need to stamp and return to us.

(1) How to apply for group company use
- Customers must fill out the following information on the Group Company Use/Service Use Change Application Form and submit it to Saison Technology.
- ①Serial number
- ②Product name
- ③Formal name of the group company
- ④Other matters specified by Saison Technology
- We may ask you to submit separate information and documents proving your relationship with our group companies.
- If Saison Technology accepts your request, we will notify you that we have granted permission for use by our group companies.

(2) How to apply for service use
- Customers must fill out the following information on the Group Company Use/Service Use Change Application Form and submit it to Saison Technology.
- ①Serial number
- ②Product name
- ③Service name and overview
- ④The official name of the service user
- ⑤Other matters specified by Saison Technology
- You may be asked to submit separate information and documentation explaining the details of your service.
- If Saison Technology accepts the request, it will notify the customer that they are authorized to use the service.
Application for Change of Group Company Use/Service Use (0.06 MB)
Application period
May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021 (1 year)
- Once the application period has passed, you will not be able to transfer your usage, and licenses for which you have not completed the transfer procedure can only be used for your own company's use. After the application period has ended, licenses for which you have not completed the transfer procedure cannot be used for group company or service use. Please note that in this case, you will need to purchase a new license for group company or service use.
