New pricing structure for products/technical support purchased by March 31, 2021
Regarding products/technical support purchased by March 31, 2020
For products for which you have completed the "Usage Type Transfer Procedure" by April 30, 2021, if your usage type falls under "Group Company Use (Joint Use)" or "Service Use (Joint Use)," this will apply when the following occurs.

If our products are upgraded or revised due to a hardware or OS upgrade or equivalent upgrade (such as migration to a cloud environment)*1 after April 1, 2021, there will be a difference*2 between the new price and the current price.
For details, please contact the sales partner from whom you purchased the product.*1 Version upgrades and upgrades of our products are considered to be updates similar to hardware and OS updates, and there will be a difference between the new price and the current price.
*2This assumes that you have signed technical support agreement. -
Technical Support
After the difference between the new price and the current price for the above products is realized, the new pricing system will be applied at the next maintenance renewal.
*If there is no difference between the new price and the current price of a product by March 31, 2025, the new pricing system will be applied when maintenance is renewed after April 1, 2025.
Regarding products/technical support purchased between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021
If the type of use falls under "Group company use (joint use)" or "Service use (joint use)," this applies when the following occurs:
