Increase in the number of joint-use companies

The number of joint-use companies can be increased by completing the procedure to change the usage status.

  • Regarding reduction of the number of joint-use companies License Agreement agreement does not permit "use by any entity other than the entity notified to us." Therefore, reduction of the number of companies using the software jointly is not permitted, and transfer of the software to another entity is also not permitted.

Only the number of joint-use companies can be added.

If the amount increases due to the number of joint-use companies increasing

  • If the number of companies using the service increases as follows, additional fees will be incurred.
    • The number joint-use companies will be outside the range of 2-5 companies, 6-10 companies, or 11-15 companies.
    • From non-shared use to shared use
  • When additional costs occur
    • Additional orders are required.
      Please contact the sales partner from whom you purchased the product.
  • Maintenance renewal can also be processed at the same time
    • This is the maintenance fee for the new usage model.
