Support for Amazon Aurora / Amazon RDS

Amazon Aurora (PostgreSQL) and various Amazon RDS engines have been added to the list of supported databases for DataMagic. SSL/TLS certificates are now supported when connecting to PostgreSQL.
When migrating to a cloud environment or configuring a hybrid system, it is possible to build a more flexible and secure data integration platform.

Support for HULFT 10 (importing HULFT settings)

The "Import HULFT Settings" function now supports HULFT 10.
Format information and multi-format information defined in HULFT 10 can be imported and used for data conversion processing.
Record structures and field definitions already defined on the HULFT side can be used as is, eliminating the need to recreate conversion definitions and preventing duplicate management of settings and inconsistent specifications.

Support for key pair authentication for Snowflake connections

Following Snowflake's announcement that it will discontinue single-factor password authentication to strengthen security, DataMagic now supports authentication using key pairs.
It is also possible to set a private key passphrase, allowing for a more secure connection.

Distribution BMS 2.x template added

We have added XML templates that are compatible with the new version of "Ryutsu BMS 2.x," the EDI standard for the Japanese distribution industry.
By using templates, you can achieve "improved development and operational efficiency," "stable data quality," and "compliance with industry standards" all at once.

The functionality of "DataMagic," which enables data processing and data conversion without programming, has been further improved, and now allows connection to Snowflake.

Adding ODBC connectivity to Snowflake

You can now write/read data to Snowflake directly from DataMagic. ODBC connectivity to Snowflake allows for more flexible data integration.

High-Performance Snowflake Connectivity

• Please note that these measurement results are reference values in a specific environment.
  For comparison, we use a common SQL client software that supports ODBC connections.

Improved data processing performance when importing XML files.

We have further improved the functionality of "DataMagic," which enables data processing and data conversion without programming.

Supports data warehouse (Amazon Redshift)

When analyzing big data, we can now cleanse the data using DataMagic and input it directly into Amazon Redshift.
Due to security policies, confidential information that cannot be stored in the cloud (Amazon Redshift) can be deleted using DataMagic on-premises, and data extracted and converted on-premises can be smoothly output to Amazon Redshift.

Linux version ODBC connection option released

By supporting the ODBC connection option in the Linux version, it is now possible to meet operational needs that require high performance.

• The only ODBC connection option supported for the Linux version is Amazon Redshift.
