How to use the operating environment search
- Please select the OS and version you wish to check.
- Click the Search button.
- At the bottom, information on supported operating systems, supported web browsers, required databases, and required software will be displayed.
Available cluster software
HULFT provides an interface for command-based startup, shutdown, and operation monitoring of cluster software.
By using the interface from the cluster software, you can start, stop, and monitor the operation of the cluster software.
We have confirmed that the above functions are available with the following cluster software:
HP/Serviceguard, IBM/PowerHA for AIX, IBM/Tivoli System Automation, Microsoft/Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC), NEC/CLUSTERPRO, Oracle/Oracle Solaris Cluster, Red Hat/Red Hat Cluster Suite, VERITAS Cluster Server, SIOS Technology/LifeKeeper and DataKeeper, Toshiba Digital Solutions/ClusterPerfect, Hitachi/HA Monitor, Fujitsu/PRIMECLUSTER, etc.

Network file function installation confirmation tool
- To use the network file function, the following conditions must be met: (HULFT8: Server Grade, Enterprise Grade, HULFT7: EX Grade, DataMagic)
Windows version
- The file server supports SMB/CIFS
- Exclusive control is possible by locking a byte range.
- Access permissions for the target file and path are set
- Oplocks (Opportunistic Locks) are disabled
remarks
If you are sharing files on a file server with applications that use SMB/CIFS as the file sharing protocol, you do not need to disable oplocks.
UNIX/Linux version
- The file server supports NFS version 3 (NFS v3) or SMB 3.0.
- Exclusive control possible by locking a byte range
- Access permissions for the target file and path are set
- Attribute caching for the target file and path is disabled
We provide a "Network File Function Installation Verification Tool" that allows you to check in advance whether your environment is compatible.
You can run it by downloading the attached file and copying the module to the relevant host.
