You can purchase the Technical Support Service with the same easy procedure as purchasing the product. You can also take advantage of the long-term (3- or 5-year) support package to reduce the technical support fee.

Procedures for starting use of HULFT Support Pack

To check the support period, support contact information, how to use the dedicated technical support site, etc. for the support service you purchased, please log in to my HULFT and register the information in ID notification (important notice) we sent you with my HULFT.

Customer information registration

If you are a customer who has purchased a Support Pack and would like to send the "HULFT /DataSpider Report," please log in to "my HULFT" and register the license information for which you purchased the Support Pack. Please note that regardless of whether you wish to send the "HULFT /DataSpider Report," all customers who have purchased a Support Pack may send "important notification emails" containing information about serious problems with our products.

What is a "HULFT /DataSpider Report"?

The following information is send twice a month:

  • Version and revision updates
  • Information on reporting problems, etc.
  • New product release information
  • Other announcements (service changes, web service maintenance announcements, survey requests, etc.)

What is an "Important Notification Email"?

All customers who have purchased a support pack may send the following information:

  • Link to our website that provides detailed information about the problem
