About product usage

You may use the product only if you agree to all terms of License Agreement agreement for the product.
Please check this before purchasing the product.

License Agreement agreement

Our products may only be used for the internal business operations of the License Agreement (one corporation or equivalent organization).
One license cannot be used by multiple corporations.
If you wish to use our products for the benefit of a third party other than yourself, you will need to enter into an additional agreement.

  • If you have your outsourcing company use our products under a business outsourcing contract, no additional contract is required.

You may use the product only if you agree to all terms of License Agreement agreement for the product.

Third party use

In the following cases, an additional contract and a declaration from the end user are required, so please consult us before purchasing.

  • (1)Third party use (non-commercial)
    • If a group company uses our products for the benefit of a third party other than the customer, an additional agreement must be concluded and the end user must be notified.
  • (2)Third party use (commercial)
    • If our products are used in the provision of products or services for the purpose of receiving money or other compensation from a third party, an additional agreement and declaration by the end user are required.
      In addition, if you are developing cloud services using our products, we have special licenses available for service providers. Please contact us for details.

Notification and change of License Agreement

License Agreement are requested to provide their customer information in writing at the time of purchasing the product.
In addition, when using the service from a third party, please provide the end user information in addition to the customer information of License Agreement.
The license cannot be transferred or loaned to other customers, and as a general rule, License Agreement cannot be changed.
However, we do accept changes to License Agreement due to M&A.
Please confirm the type of M&A (company merger, split, etc.) and submit the documents below.

  • In the case of a business transfer, a contract must be concluded. The following document will not be accepted.
