Increase in the number of joint-use companies

The number of joint-use companies can be increased by completing the procedure to change the usage status.

  • Regarding the reduction in the number joint-use companies Lisence Agreement does not permit "use by entities other than those notified to our company." Therefore, a reduction in the number of joint users is not permitted, nor is transfer to another entity permitted.

Only the number of joint-use companies can be added.

If the amount increases due to the number of joint-use companies increasing

  • If the number of companies using the service increases as follows, additional fees will be incurred.
    • The number joint-use companies will be outside the range of 2-5 companies, 6-10 companies, or 11-15 companies.
    • From non-shared use to shared use
  • When additional costs occur
    • Additional orders are required.
      Please contact the sales partner from whom you purchased the product.
  • Maintenance renewal can also be processed at the same time
    • This is the maintenance fee for the new usage model.
