Hello.
My name is Okazaki and I am in charge of HULFT seminar.
Starting in July, we will begin a new feature in this e-mail newsletter called "HULFT Short Stories," which will introduce how to use and use HULFT based on feedback from customers who attended our seminars.

I'm sure that customers reading this column have used it at least once. HULFT can achieve things that "FTP," which is often compared to HULFT, cannot. I will explain the key points.

file transfer When I say HULFT...... Many people may imagine FTP.
FTP is convenient, isn't it? The fact that you can use it for free is also a high point.
However, I am using FTP and the data is incorrect even though there is no error! ? Have you ever had the experience of that?
As business hours approach, engineers investigate where errors occurred and how to recover data, and respond to them so that business can be restored as soon as possible.
Furthermore, it will take time to investigate the root cause and permanently solve it.
One of the common operations when using FTP, including checking for data tampering, is to send an MD5 file for checking and confirming, but just thinking about it makes you feel that it ...... take a lot of time.
This situation arises due to FTP's inability to detect communication breaks, and the TCP/IP protocol does not guarantee data integrity. Huh? Since we are using TCP/IP, HULFT is the same, right? If you think so, it's not. HULFT has the ability to ensure data integrity.
HULFT checks the integrity of the data by three values: the number of cases, the size, and the hash value. The recipient checks the data for consistency with the send data and notifies you of any inconsistencies.
Critical data such as personal information and sales information must be reliably guaranteed to be complete. To this end, instead of spending a lot of man-hours to create functions and operations that guarantee integrity, with HULFT, the number and size checks are standard, and the hash value can be checked with a single setting.
