Customers who have purchased DataSpider Cloud option

Some options may become available after you contact us after purchase.
Depending on the optional work content and timing of implementation, we may need to have the following exchanges with you before work begins:

  • Provision of information from customers regarding optional settings
  • If the work involves stopping the linked server, schedule the work in advance.

Options you need to inquire about

Please refer to the FAQ below for information on whether or not you should contact us and whether or not the server will be down.

Options that require your contact information will not be automatically set after purchase.
Please be sure to contact us via My HULFT.

What to prepare before contacting us

Before contacting us to request optional setting work, we will inform you of the items you need to prepare.

  • Preparations required for inquiries about option settings
    1. my HULFT user registration (new contract only)
    2. Register your license on my HULFT (excluding some options that do not send delivery emails *1)

      • 1. Delivery emails will not be sent for VPC peering, adding/changing HULFT system information ID, access logs, deleting development clients, installing certificates, installing JDBC drivers, and changing settings, as there are no licenses for these services.
  • Information and documents to be provided when making an inquiry
    1. Contract tag, server ID, server name
      We will check the environment in which the work will be carried out, so please have it ready and let us know when you contact us.

    2. Documents to be submitted (applicable options only)
      Options listed in the table below require you to submit certain documents or information.
      Please fill out the necessary information in advance and submit it when you contact us.

      *After submission, we will not accept file replacement or content changes due to customer convenience.
      Please be sure to confirm the settings before submitting.

Certificate Installation After logging in to the linked server, place the file to be installed under /tmp in Explorer, and let us know the file name when you contact us. The customer is responsible for providing the certificate and JDBC driver to be installed on the linked server.

After you contact us, we will confirm that your order has been completed and the documents you will need to submit have been finalized, and we will then schedule the option setup process.
Please note that if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may have to wait until we can confirm that your order has been processed before we can arrange a delivery date.

About inquiries

The available work dates are as follows:

  • Work involving server shutdown
    Once the schedule is available, we will present several possible dates and times five business days or later as possible work dates.
    Please specify a date and time that is convenient for you.
  • Work that does not involve stopping the server
    Once the schedule is available, we will carry out the work within 5 business days and contact you once the work is completed.
    You cannot specify the work date and time.

Important points to note

  • Optional work is considered to have begun when it becomes available for scheduling.
    After this date, we will not be able to accept any changes to settings, resubmissions of submitted documents, or replacements due to customer convenience.
    Please check thoroughly before submitting.
  • Restrictions on option settings are listed under "Restrictions" for each option in the DataSpiderCloud service specifications, so please be sure to read them in advance.
  • For work that involves server downtime, after we have informed you of possible dates for work, we will accept inquiries about your preferred date until 4:00 PM on the day before your desired date. If you contact us after this time, we will not be able to accommodate work the next day.
