DataSpider Cloud offers two websites: "my HULFT" for license management and the "Technical Support Site" for publishing manuals and FAQs and for making inquiries regarding technical support.
What is my HULFT?
my HULFT is a customer-only page for downloading software such as products and evaluation versions, and issuing the various keys required to use the products and evaluation versions.It also provides functions for checking purchased license information and support-related information.
Please register your license on my HULFT according to ID notification (delivery email) sent to you after your purchase.

What is a technical support site?
Our technical support site provides manuals, help, and FAQs for various products.
In addition, customers who have a technical support contract with us can check new inquiries and inquiry history.
To log in, you will need the [Authentication ID] and [SP Code] listed on the "ID notification (Delivery Email)" sent to you at the time of purchase.
