Our group will appoint a manager responsible for information security and take safety control measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, unauthorized use or provision, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. When outsourcing work that handles personal information, we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to the outsourced party.

Compliance with laws, regulations and other standards

Our group will comply with regulations regarding the protection of personal information and other related laws and regulations.

Response to complaints and inquiries

Our group will respond sincerely to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information by clarifying in advance the response method and contact point.

Personal information protection management system

Our company has established a company-wide personal information protection management system headed by the Representative Director. In this personal information protection management system, we have set up a dedicated contact point to promptly respond to customer inquiries, and under the supervision of the Personal Information Protection Manager, we have established rules that organizations and employees must follow, and we ensure that specific rules and procedures are observed in daily operations. In addition, we actively conduct education and awareness-raising activities and disclose information, led by an education manager. The audit department audits the effectiveness of these activities.

Personal information protection management activities

We have adopted the JISQ15001 standard for personal information protection management, and based on this requirement, we are carrying out activities based on the PDCA model of plan-do-check-act (plan-do-check-act) - improve (continuously).

In addition, we obtained the Privacy Mark (JISQ15001:2023) from the Japan Information Technology Promotion Association in 1999, and have been continuously renewing it ever since.

Furthermore, in line with our recent overseas business expansion, we are working to comply with the laws and regulations related to personal information protection in each country, such as GDPR and CCPA.
