Details of the initiative

We are developing a strategy to become the No. 1 engineer in specific fields such as AWS/Azure/Container/DevOps/Python/AI/Machine Learning/Data Science, and are systematically working to acquire new technologies and improve service quality.

In the cloud field, we are also focusing on supporting the development of our internal engineers and disseminating information to the public. In recognition of our past activities, our employees have been selected as APN AWS Top Engineers in the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award program hosted by Microsoft Corporation, an award given to engineers who have contributed to customers with their advanced technical skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
In addition, in utilizing the cloud, we have established a company-wide CCoE (Cloud Center of Excellence) to spread the expertise of individuals throughout the organization and promote collaboration of knowledge and technology between departments.

About Microsoft MVPs

Microsoft MVPs (hereinafter referred to as "MVPs") are individuals who combine passion and technical expertise to contribute by sharing their knowledge and know-how with other users. MVPs also have many opportunities to hear opinions and requests from other users in their field of expertise, and share product information and provide feedback and suggestions regarding product design, development, and support.

About the APN AWS Top Engineers

Engineers who belong to AWS partner companies, have multiple AWS certifications, and have demonstrated their technical skills publicly beyond their company, as well as have demonstrated their technical skills through activities and achievements, are selected through a screening process conducted by AWS Japan.
