Sustainable Procurement Policy

Saison Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") bases its business activities on co-creating the future from a global perspective and working to develop a sustainable society. To achieve this, we have established a sustainable procurement policy.
We will establish trusting and cooperative relationships with our business partners and suppliers (hereinafter referred to as "Partners"), work together with them to implement procurement that takes social, environmental, and economic aspects into full consideration, and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through our supply chain.

  4. Consideration for the working environment
    We will comply with labor-related laws and regulations and conduct procurement activities with the aim of creating a safe, healthy, vibrant and comfortable working environment.
  5. Consideration for the global environment
    We will comply with environmental laws and regulations and any agreements we have entered into, and will conduct procurement activities that are considerate of the global environment, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions, waste, and other environmental impacts.
  6. Ensuring quality and safety
    In accordance with our quality policy, we strive to improve the quality and safety of our products and services.
  7. Thorough information security
    We will implement thorough information management and personal information protection measures in accordance with our basic information security policy and personal information protection policy.
  8. Protection of intellectual property rights
    We will comply with intellectual property laws and regulations, recognize that intellectual property rights such as patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, and trademark rights are valuable assets that must be protected, and will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
