Establishment of a quality control system
Our company has established a quality policy and has built a quality control system headed by the Representative Director, aiming for thorough quality control in all processes, from proposals to design and development, maintenance, and operation. Under the quality control manager, the quality control system has established rules that organizations and employees must follow, centered on the quality control department, and specific rules and procedures are observed in daily operations. Furthermore, under the department manager, we actively conduct internal education and awareness-raising activities, and work on technological development and continuous improvement. The effectiveness of these activities is audited by the audit department.
Quality Management Activities
We have established a quality management system that adopts international best practices. We also improve quality and streamline operations based on data analysis, and set quality targets and continuously plan and implement activities based on the PDCA model.
