Initiatives to connect the company and employees
Running leads to support and interaction
NIPPON IT Charity Ekiden & Imperial Palace Run
The "NIPPON IT Charity Ekiden" is a relay race that began in 2010 with the aim of supporting the social reintegration of unemployed people with problems. Our company supports the theme that participants cooperate with each other and pass on the sash, which leads to supporting young people who will be responsible for the future. We support the race as a sponsor and also recruit runners from each division within the company to participate as teams.
In addition, since the Akasaka head office is located near the Imperial Palace, we continue to hold "Imperial Palace Runs" where the CEO and volunteer employees gather after work hours. Anyone can participate, and it is a casual way to maintain health and enjoy inter-departmental interaction.

Regular talk sessions
We regularly hold lunchtime talk sessions between our CEO and guest speakers as a forum for learning about various perspectives on social trends and hot topics. The topics range from IT technology and development to gender, culture, diversity, and work styles, and are characterized by the free-flowing exchange of opinions with a diverse range of guests.
Aiming for a new way of working through reverse nomination assignment by new employees
New employees who will join the company in April 2024 and are assigned to the Sales Headquarters will be able to choose their own department and section, ensuring that their preferences are fully reflected. After completing their new employee training, new employees will spend one month in July experiencing the work of all departments in the Sales Headquarters and nominate their own department.
This initiative has created a synergistic effect, with not only new employees but also the receiving departments taking the initiative in their assignments.

Plan opportunities for everyone to enjoy their time off
We try to create opportunities for everyone to enjoy their free time together, such as holding online gaming tournaments on the big screen in the office after work, meeting up at a bowling alley, or taking a bus tour to Akagi Nature Park (Gunma Prefecture) on the weekend.
