In recent years, many companies have been working on digital transformation (DX) aimed at reforming their operations and businesses, and are increasingly introducing application services such as SaaS to streamline various internal operations. However, data integration between existing on-premise systems and newly introduced services is often not automated, and coupled with labor shortages at companies, the massive amount of data extraction and confirmation work in the accounting field has become an operational issue.

Overview of the integrated solution

In the newly announced collaboration solution, TOKIUM aims to facilitate data integration between systems, reduce workloads, and improve operational efficiency. Saison Technology has also developed an application template ^*1 that mutually links data between TOKIUM Expense Settlement and HULFT Square as part of the expansion of data integration within the HULFT Square platform concept.  will be provided free of charge on "HULFT Square."

"HULFT Square" can connect with a variety of data managed and distributed across on-premise, cloud and SaaS environments, collecting and processing data without coding. By using pre-packaged data integration templates, employee and expense information required for expense reimbursement can be integrated between on-premise or SaaS accounting systems, human resources systems, BI tools and "TOKIUM Expense Reimbursement." This enables smooth data integration between systems, reduces the burden of maintenance work, and enables the visualization and analysis of expense information, thereby reducing administrative workload and improving business efficiency.
