Saison Technology Co., Ltd. (Head office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Ryuhei Furusato; hereinafter referred to as Furusato Maruca Holdings) has adopted HULFT Square to link its business systems, including SaaS and mission-critical system, core system, with order and inventory data integration.
The company has established data integration platform aggregates data from each group company and automates operations, reducing the amount of script development work required to link with each system by up to 80% compared to the previous system. One of the uses of the system is EDI, which processes approximately 670,000 order details per year with approximately 70 business partners.

Furusato Maruca Holdings was established in October 2021 through the merger of the Furusato Group, which has been involved in a wide range of businesses, from construction materials to machinery and tools and security, and the Maruca Group, which has been operating globally, focusing on industrial machinery. Since the merger, the company has been developing a portfolio management based on four pillars: machinery and tools, construction materials, construction machinery, and IoT solutions.

Furusato Maruca Holdings was established in 2021 through the business integration of Furusato Group and Maruca Group, and as a result, in addition to integrating and optimizing mission-critical system, core system held by each group company, it was also required to address aging and black-boxing issues.
While it was necessary to introduce new data integration mechanisms in line with the integration and renewal of mission-critical system, core system, each group company had also been making greater use of SaaS and external services amid the digitalization drive that has been underway in recent years. Therefore, taking the opportunity of the renewal of mission-critical system, core system, the company began considering the creation of a system that would enable the centralized management of data integration from all operating companies while also contributing to the optimization of operations.
Reasons for adopting "HULFT Square"
Furusato Maruca Holdings selected a data integration platform to achieve data integration between external services, primarily SaaS, and its business systems.
The decision to implement HULFT Square was made based on its excellent features, including data integration between email, servers, cloud storage, mission-critical system, core system, and SaaS, as well as the data processing required for data integration, no-code development, domestic support, and evaluation and verification support provided by engineers at the time of implementation.

Effects of implementation
Furusato Maruca Holdings has introduced HULFT Square, and is now using it not only in the EDI area, but also to comply with the revised Electronic Bookkeeping Act, by storing supporting documents such as PDF files from Internet fax services and files attached to HULFT Square in online storage.
Furthermore, even members with little programming experience are using HULFT Square, which allows for the benefits of no-code development, which allows for self-directed development while undergoing training, and the ability to run the same scripts in both the development and production environments, simplifying processes and shortening the time to release. Script development man-hours for service integration have been reduced by up to approximately 80% compared to the previous system.
