HULFT and DataSpider Support Desks Receive the Highest Rank of Three Stars for the Second Consecutive Year in the 2025 HDI Rating Benchmark

Saison Technology Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as Saison Technology) announced that both HULFT team and the DataSpider team at its HULFT Technical Support Center have been awarded the highest three-star ranking in the 2025 HDI Rating Benchmark*1 "Quality Rating (Center Assessment: Email)" hosted by HDI-Japan, the Japanese branch of HDI, the world's largest membership organization for the support services industry.

HULFT team has received this award for the fourth consecutive year, and the DataSpider team for the second consecutive year. We will continue to provide support to ensure that our products can be used safely and securely for the long term, and aim to contribute to our customers' businesses.

In recent years, HULFT Technical Support Center has not only been improving technical skills in response to changes in customer operations, such as cloud computing and SaaS, but has also been working to improve and standardize soft skills that take into account the utilization of generative AI and the customer journey.In addition to providing prompt and accurate answers to questions, we also understand the intent and circumstances behind the questions and propose solutions tailored to the usage scenarios of the services required by our customers.

The purpose of participating in the HDI rating benchmark, a third-party organization, is to more fairly judge the quality of support and to improve quality based on the evaluation indicators.

In the HDI rating benchmark, evaluation items are assessed using the HDI international standard and a score of 1 to 4 is assigned. An average of 3.5 points or more for each of the five evaluation items is three stars, 2.5 points or more is two stars, and 1.5 points or more is one star. HULFT team at HULFT Technical Support Center and the DataSpider team were both assessed with a score of 3.5 points or more. The evaluation details for both teams are as follows:

Evaluation of the HULFT team

  • We have earned the trust of our customers through our prompt and courteous support.
  • Answer all customer questions without missing anything, and write concisely and clearly, starting with the conclusion.
  • Specific measures are presented and progress is being made while gaining the customer's understanding.

Evaluation of the DataSpider team

  • Responds quickly to inquiries with a positive and supportive attitude and works to resolve issues
  • The person in charge leads to a solution with accurate judgment and provides a professional and reliable response.
  • We share the problem by trying to solve it while aligning with the customer's understanding.
The certification ceremony will be held on July 17, 2025, and the company will be operated by HDI-Japan.
