Saison Technology Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as Saison Technology) is collaborating with three major domestic SaaS providers, WingArc1st Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as WingArc1st), Atreed Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Atreed), and Cybozu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Cybozu), to jointly promote the modernization of ERP systems that offload mission-critical system, core system by field and business, and build each SaaS system through loose coupling and data integration, targeting the migration of SAP users.
In addition, Saison Technology has jointly developed a data integration connector specifically for SAP together with its technology partner, Cresco e-Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Cresco e-Solutions), which will be available as a new feature of "HULFT Square" from this fall 2025.

SAP ERP 6.0 (ECC 6.0), which holds a large share of the ERP market among enterprise companies in Japan, will reach the end of standard support in 2027, raising the issue of how to continue operating the entire mission-critical system, core system supports various corporate operations, including management accounting. Although an optional extended maintenance service will be available until the end of 2030, there is an urgent need to consider and implement system design, including the timing of SAP ERP migration and maintenance costs, which are due in the next few years.
Overview of the Joint ERP Modernization Project
The benefit of ERP modernization is that SAP users can reduce the burden of future upgrades by building their mission-critical system, core system with as few add-ons as possible.By adopting and loosely coupling SaaS and iPaaS from domestic providers that are highly convenient and adaptable to Japanese business practices and data structures, and without relying on ERP localization schedules, they can achieve modernization of mission-critical system, core system.
WingArc1st, Atread, and Cybozu will utilize the functions of each company's SaaS to offload systems for each field and business of existing mission-critical system, core system, such as BI, DWH, reports, workflows, and replacement of mission-critical system, core system. Saison Technology will use data integration functions of its iPaaS, "HULFT Square," to loosely couple mission-critical system, core system SAP and each company's SaaS, linking them together as a group of mission-critical system, core system.
Furthermore, this offload configuration, which loosely couples and data integration between SaaS and iPaaS, will be offered to ERP construction partners as an ERP modernization solution in the future.
