Saison Technology Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as Saison Technology) announces that it has achieved the top domestic market vendor share (FY2024 results) in file transfer tool package category in the "Software Business New Market 2025 Edition" published in July 2025 by Fuji Chimera Research Institute, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Fuji Chimera Research Institute). This marks the 22nd consecutive year*1 that Saison Technology has maintained the top domestic market vendor share.

In the SaaS/PaaS category of "FY2024 data integration tool (EAI/ESB, ETL/ELT, iPaaS)" (iPaaS: "HULFT Square") in the same report, we ranked third in the Japanese market with a 10.5% vendor share.

Market trends for fiscal years 2024 and 2025 in the Fuji Chimera Research Institute report

According to a survey by Fuji Chimera Research Institute, the domestic package market size for file transfer tools in fiscal year 2024 was 8.65 billion yen, of which Saison Technology recorded a vendor share of 79.8%, securing the No. 1 vendor share for the 22nd consecutive year. This result indicates that the company continues to enjoy overwhelming support in this field, and its file transfer middleware "HULFT" series is considered to have a consistently high market share as the de facto standard in Japan.

In fiscal 2024, we launched HULFT 10, the first major version upgrade in 10 years, and added support for Red Hat OpenShift, following the release of the Amazon ECS and other container-compatible versions, thereby improving performance and expanding the supported environments in response to the expansion of customer usage scenarios.

Saison Technology expects that the importance of file/ data integration will continue to attract attention in FY2025 and beyond, as companies utilize AI to generate data scattered across various platforms, renew mission-critical system, core system (ERP, etc.) that is about to be migrated, and shift IT systems to the cloud and modernize legacy systems.
