In the storage of the cloud service used for our business, the technical support service renewal application form for a packaged product that was sent by email was in a state where it could be viewed externally. This was discovered when it was detected by the cloud security management tool that our company introduced. - Possibly leaked personal information
The following items listed on the technical support renewal application form (1,214 cases)- Company name, company address, contact person information (name, department, telephone number, email address)
- The period during which it was available
January 28, 2021 to January 21, 2026 - Scope of impact
There will be no impact on the services, software packages, or contract work we provide.- At this time, we have not received any inquiries from customers regarding this matter.
- Cause
Due to an improper configuration of the cloud service used as part of our business automation measures, there was a situation where some customers' renewal application forms could be accessed from outside. - correspondence
(1) After this incident was discovered, we promptly changed the settings of the storage in question so that it could not be viewed from outside.
(2) On January 26, 2026, we submitted a report to the Personal Information Protection Commission in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
Since then, we have been taking action under the guidance of the Personal Information Protection Commission. - Measures to prevent recurrence
