Saison Technology Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Makoto Hayama, hereinafter "Saison Technology") has entered into a Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Cosmo Eco Power Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Fumiaki Nokura, hereinafter "Cosmo Eco Power"). Starting April 1, 2026, the power will be used for electricity used in data centers.

This PPA covers green electricity derived from wind power generated at the Aizuwakamatsu Wind Farm, operated by Cosmo Eco Power. The farm creates sustainable clean electricity by making maximum use of wind resources while coexisting with the local community.

Saison Technology has been promoting the introduction of renewable energy. Because data centers operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, securing power sources that are suitable for their power consumption patterns is crucial. This time, by utilizing a time-distributed wind power-derived PPA, we have improved compatibility with our power consumption patterns. As a result, we expect to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 900 tons per year.

Furthermore, with the signing of this PPA, we have completed the conversion of all our facilities, including data centers, to renewable energy, achieving a 100% renewable energy adoption rate.

Under its mission of "Connect the world’s data and make it useful for everyone." Saison Technology is promoting the construction of environmentally friendly IT infrastructure. This agreement marks an important milestone that will further advance these efforts.

Furthermore, we are actively working to decarbonize our entire supply chain, aiming to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions in Scope 1 and Scope 2 by fiscal year 2030.
