(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as Saison Technology) will begin offering "Agent Orchestration," an AI business execution platform that enables integrated operation and management of AI business utilization across the entire company, starting July 1st.
This service is offered as part of the "HULFT Square" iPaaS cloud-based data integration platform, originating in Japan. It provides AI agent builder functions, including creating AI agents necessary for corporate business processes, setting up and managing generated AI models and internal data integration, restricting AI agent behavior and managing their work performance capabilities, as well as visualizing usage and suppressing price increases. Furthermore, through governance functions for processes, models, and costs in AI utilization, it securely promotes company-wide AI utilization as an execution platform for applying AI to business operations.

In recent years, generative AI that generates content based on large-scale language models (LLMs) and AI agents that autonomously perform tasks have become rapidly widespread. Coupled with the recent expansion of Augmented Search Generator (RAG), a method that improves the accuracy of answers by linking AI with data held by companies, the use of AI in businesses is expanding year by year.
On the other hand, there are still many challenges to incorporating AI into business processes within corporate organizations. These include governance issues such as shadow AI, where employees secretly use AI without the approval of internal IT administrators, and the unauthorized use of confidential company information by generated AI. Furthermore, as AI use expands, the cost of using AI agents increases, and the accuracy of responses falls below expectations even when AI is linked with data scattered within the company and across SaaS applications.
Overview of "Agent Foundation"
"Agent Orchestration," an AI business execution platform, is a service classified as AI Operations Operations (AIOps), positioned between the AI platform environment and AI applications. To introduce AI into a company's business processes, it not only creates, manages, controls, and automates AI agents, but also comprehensively manages generated AI models, governance, and costs. By combining it with the data integration platform "HULFT Square" to control data integration jobs, it can be used as a foundation for fully utilizing internal company data and operating AI company-wide.
"Agent Orchestration" is offered as part of the "HULFT Square" plans. The "AI-Start Pack" includes "Agent Orchestration" as standard and is available from 680,000 yen per month (excluding tax). It is also available as an add-on for the "Standard Plan" and "Enterprise Plan" for an additional 200,000 yen per month (excluding tax) on top of the plan fee.
The features of "Agent Orchestration" are as follows:
- In addition to creating and managing AI agents, it enables governance control such as business process management and cost reduction.
- By integrating and combining data from various data sources scattered throughout the company, it becomes possible to improve the accuracy of AI responses and uncover new insights.
- A data analysis chatbot enables natural language data analysis and creates business workflow actions that integrate with other systems.
