Saison Technology Co., Ltd., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as "Saison Technology") will begin offering "Asuken Plus," a health management service based on the AI meal management app "Asuken" developed and provided by asken Inc., to all employees from November 1st, in order to improve the physical and mental health and performance of its employees, and will begin providing data-based support for practicing healthy eating.
This initiative is one of the employee health support initiatives that Saison Technology is promoting, centered on "sleep, food, exercise, and rhythm." Continuing to have an inappropriate diet can lead to poor health and metabolic syndrome, and can even increase the risk of various diseases. Saison Technology has previously provided support for "food" in the office, such as breakfast support and lunch support *, but will now begin utilizing an AI meal management app as a more comprehensive approach to improving eating habits. The initiative will be available to all employees, and the company will cover the cost of using "Asuken Plus," a health management service from "Asuken."
Users simply download the "Asuken" app and record their meals and exercise, and the app will automatically calculate calories, visualize nutrient deficiencies and dietary balance in graphs, and even provide personalized dietary advice supervised by a registered dietitian. This will enable users to understand and review their dietary habits, and is expected to help maintain and support their health from an eating perspective. In addition, to encourage employees to make food recording a habit and continue, the app is also planning to create original initiatives such as initiatives where employees will set and challenge themselves to achieve goals within the company, as well as ranking events.
