Human Rights Policy

Saison Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") bases its business activities on co-creating the future from a global perspective and working to develop a sustainable society. Respecting and protecting the human rights of all people is essential for the development of a sustainable society. To achieve this, we have established a human rights policy and will strive to fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights.

1. Responsibility to Respect Human Rights

We support international standards regarding human rights and comply with relevant laws and regulations. We aim to avoid any discrimination, human rights violations, or acts that harm the working environment, including harassment, and to fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights. This responsibility applies to all officers and employees. We also require our business partners and suppliers to strive to respect human rights.

2. Relationship between our values and respect for human rights

Our mission and shared values are centered around people, and we believe that respect for human rights is closely linked to these values and essential to achieving our mission.

3. Fulfilling our responsibility to respect human rights

In order to fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights, we will implement the following initiatives.

  • We will establish and continuously implement a system for human rights due diligence.
  • If it becomes clear that we have caused or contributed to a negative impact on human rights, we will take appropriate measures to correct the situation. We have established and operate a helpline (internal reporting system) as an effective remedial measure. We promise to guarantee the anonymity and confidentiality of whistleblowers and to protect them from any disadvantages that may arise as a result of making a report.
  • We provide training to our executives and employees to fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights.
  • We will engage in dialogue and consultation in good faith with relevant stakeholders regarding responses to any actual or potential adverse human rights impacts.
