Sustainability Management Initiatives
Various systems that allow you to tailor your work style to suit you
We aim to be a company that can expand the potential of people as individuals with various attributes and personalities, rather than as a management resource known as "human resources." Employees can choose a work style that suits their lifestyle, such as flexible working hours, remote work, or remote location work, which allows them to work in areas far from the office. In April 2024, we will enable our employees to work outside the company, and dual careers, such as working for us, and we have also newly established pro bono leave.
Towards a gender-neutral working environment
Toward the development of a healthy society and technology, and to further respect the aspirations and aptitudes of employees, we have set a priority goal of "a 30% female managerial ratio by 2030," and have begun discussions at the Sustainability Promotion Committee. In April 2024, we joined the Nikkei Women's Empowerment Project, hosted by Nikkei Inc. and Nikkei BP, and are actively incorporating external knowledge, working across the board from management to frontline employees.

Utilizing sleep tech to help employees improve their sleep
It has been reported that sleep is related to various mental and physical health issues, and while there is a growing awareness that good quality sleep is essential for good health and affects daytime performance, it has been revealed that Japan is the "world's least slept country." *OECD 2021 survey
Saison Technology places importance on the impact of sleep and has begun an initiative to use sleep technology to improve employee health by allowing employees to undergo sleep tests using the brain wave measurement device "InSomnograf." For employees who are found to have sleep issues, the company will cover part of the consultation fees at a specialized medical institution to support sleep improvement.
