Customers who have purchased products or technical support services
Once your purchase is complete, the following email will be sent to the delivery address you specified at the time of purchase.
If you purchase a product or service

- Depending on the technical support service provider, you may receive information that differs from the above.
Regarding email sending units
"One ID notification" will be issued for "one order".
If you order products and support separately, you will receive one ID notification email each.
If you order products and support at the same time, you will receive one ID notification email.
*In the following cases, multiple ID notification emails will be issued for one order.
- If the support period is different
- Simultaneous ordering of "New Support" and "Support Renewal"
