Supported OS and required software

You can check the operating environment, including past versions, on the "HULFT-WebConnect Operating Environment Search" page.

How to use the operating environment search

  1. When selecting the OS, please select "Products without OS classification." Then select the version you want to check.
  2. Click the Search button.
  3. At the bottom, information on supported operating systems, supported web browsers, required databases, and required software will be displayed.

Precautions when using the product

  • To use this service, it is a prerequisite that HULFT is installed in either the collection or send department.

Product Release Policy

As a general rule, additions to operating environments for HULFT Products, such as the addition of supported operating systems, are implemented in the latest versions of each product.

HULFT-WebConnect Maintenance

HULFT-WebConnect has maintenance periods during which the service is unavailable for the purpose of inspecting and maintaining facilities and networks, etc., excluding unforeseen outages due to failures, etc.

  • A one-year schedule for the months in which regular maintenance is carried out is published in advance. (The one-year schedule is updated each time maintenance is carried out.)
  • In the case of emergency maintenance, the maintenance window will generally be late Sunday night (early Monday morning).
