About the upgrade procedure
Customers who have a contract for the "Technical Support Service" can use the version upgrade.

Application procedure flow
Customer STEP 1: Check the status of the license you wish to upgrade
Check the contract status using the serial number of the license you wish to upgrade.
- To upgrade, you must sign a contract for the "Technical Support Service."
If you have not yet signed up for the Technical Support Service, please contact your sales partner.

Customer STEP 2: Product selection after upgrade
Check the price list for the upgraded products and options.
We also check whether the upgraded product is compatible with the OS you are installing.

Customer STEP 3: Calculating the cost of upgrading
In the upgrade quick reference table, you can check the difference in cost for the product configuration, as well as the support costs after the upgrade and whether or not there is a cost for the upgrade.
- Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the usage type of your license. Please contact your sales partner for details.
- If you plan to run the upgrade in parallel with your existing environment, please check the license policy.

Customer STEP 4: Apply for upgrade
Please fill in the necessary information on the "Version Upgrade/License Change Application Form" and submit it to your sales partner.
- If you are paying for the upgrade, you will need to submit an order form in addition to the "Version Upgrade/License Change Application Form." Please contact your sales partner for details.

Saison Technology STEP 5: You will receive the following items from Saison Technology.
- ID notification email
Customer STEP 6: Log in to "my HULFT" using the ID notification email you received.
Customer STEP 7: Check the "Serial No." of the applicable product on the "my HULFT" license management page, download the product, issue a key, and install the product.

When installing the product, you will need the "Serial No." and "Key" listed on my HULFT.
From the "my HULFT" license management page, download the applicable product and then install the product.
