What is SFA?

SFA (Sales Force Automation) is a system that manages various information related to a company's sales activities, visualizes progress, and automates business processes.

The basic functions of SFA include managing information on existing and potential customers, managing projects, and managing sales negotiations, as well as managing the behavior and activities of sales staff.Specifically, these include managing sales and forecasts, accumulating and analyzing sales data, and issuing quotes, orders, and invoices.

SFA helps manage and share customer information and sales activity data, and by analyzing this data, it makes it possible to optimize and streamline sales processes.
